Here's baby Matthew! He was so much fun to have in the studio. It took a bit to warm up but overall he warmed up and had lots of drool and smiles.

Mitch & Mairead's Wedding Sneak Peek

Quite a few months back we showed you Mitch & Mairead's engagement session (http://capturemymoments.typepad.com/blog/2009/06/mitch-mairead.html) And just last week they tied the knot up at Semiahmoo Resort. We had a great time starting with the rehearsal on friday night with smores at the beachside campfire all the way to fishing with Mitch and company early Saturday morning before the ceremony. Keeping a Fresh Perspective

Playing is one of the best ways we stay creative. My friend Brenda dressed up in her club gear and we went and took photos at Fort Casey. It was a fun chance to play around with the flash and some industrial settings.

Last summer Laurin did an internship with us to learn the ins and outs of photography. Now she's graduating this year and of course it was a lot of fun to see her again and get some great shots.

Avery's Birthday

Shhhh... It's Ellie

Ellie just finished up her studio portion of her session after enjoying a fun family vacation. We started out at Bowman's Bay last month and then here in the studio yesterday. We had a great time! Here is a sneak peek!

Wait 'till you see Cameron...

What a cutie! Grandma brought in Cameron this week for a surprise for her mom... shhh don't tell! We had a great time, we laughed, we cried but mostly we got some great images that mom's going to love.

Gracie is One!! Yay!!

Today is Gracie's first birthday and what better way to celebrate than with cake and a camera! Gracie's dad and I both volunteer for North Whidbey Fire & Rescue. Seems like just the other day she was here in the studio as a newborn!

She definitely went to town on that cake!

The Prowler Ball (oops it's the E.A. Ball now!)

Many of you know we've been doing portraits at the Prowler Ball now for a few years. It's so much fun and it's especially great to see so many of out clients there! We've also had the opportunity to meet so many new clients there as well. It was pirates all the way, it was great! Here are a few fun samples from the night.
